HOW TO MEASURE
ENG:
Bust: Measure under the arms at the fullest part of the bust. Keep the tape level.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose. This is the narrowest part of your body between your ribs and your hips.
Hips: Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Arm: Place the tape measure on the most prominent shoulder bone and, following the line of the elbow, measure down to the wrist bone.
